Big Shoes to Fill!

Little Cowgirl

Alexa loves riding her horse! She actually drags it from room to room.

Alexa at the Ropes Course

Our little Angel

Alexa went to the Army base for trick or treating. She was tired and wanted to stop after a few houses but we insisted that she forge on and bring us home some American candy!!!

Alexa and her friend the Flash (our neighbor Matthew).

Alexa at the Pumpkin Patch!

Alexa is walking the dog...She is definitely the pack leader in that relationship!

So many pumpkins and fun things to do...but what could be more exciting that hay!

Alexa at the Volksfest in Mannheim

Alexa (at 21 months now). Had a great time at the Volksfest in Mannheim. She wasn't scared of anything and even rode a donkey all by herself (the camera lost battery for that one).

The conductor insisted that I ride the train with Alexa. For some reason he did not insist upon this for the other parents so it was me and 5 kids going round in circles for 15 mintues!

It's not John Deere, but she still looks cute

Just a little closer!!

Yes mom, I know this is bad for her eyes, but it cracks us up how close Alexa wants to get to the TV! If we let her she would sit on it!

Time for the winter hat to come out!

Alexa in Speyer

These are pictures of Alexa in Speyer. A beautiful local town with several great churches and cafes.

Heidelberg!

A weekend walk around town

New Friends!

Alexa got upclose and personal with Mr. Goat!

Alexa and her new contraption!

Everyone in Germany bikes so we had to join the crew!

Alexa's Family Vacation

Grandma Mary, Grandpa Rick, Mom and Dad and Alexa all went touring around Europe! We visited France (Colmar), Germany (Munich), Switzerland (Lucerne) and even drove through Austria and Lichtenstein. We outnumbered Alexa 4 to 1 and it was a success!! Mary and Rick took responsibility for Alexa in the car, Jon navigated and Nicole keep a constant supply of toys and food flowing to the back seat. Together, we had a great time!

Up the Alps We Go!

Alexa held on for dear life as we made our way up to the top of the Alps where she got a view of the world.
